Beginning in August 2008 a group of older folk from Wynyard and the North West Coast have been gathering at ghostly halls around town to experiment with balloons, wool, slippers and moments of grief of intimacy… follow their journey towards Ten Days on the Island with these images. The three stooges… Robert, Tom and Kem have known one another all their lives, growing up together in Latrobe. Imagine the cheeky memories they share! Just to mention a few, Stephanie and I heard about an epic tour to London with the Latrobe federal band and of Tom’s beautiful love story, serenading his girlfriend - now wife of many years - as they floated down river on a dingy to Devonport. Aaaahhh…
